Chicken Cajun Delight Cook

time: 35 mins Serves: 2

Ingredients: ● 3 -4 skinless chicken breasts ● 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed white peppercorns ● 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder ● 2 -3 teaspoons Tony Chachere’s Seasoning (adjust to taste) ● 4 -5 tablespoons water ● 1 onion, thinly sliced ● 1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter

Directions -Start by sprinkling the chicken breasts with half of the Tony’s seasoning and set them aside. -Warm up the skillet and add the butter or lard and allow melting. Add onions to the butter and sauté till they appear to be caramelized and then add the remaining portion of Tony’s seasoning along with garlicpowder and crushed white peppercorns and stir them to mix. -Here you will turn the heat to medium and then add the chicken breasts and allow them to become brown on one side and then flip to the other side. -Spoon some onions over the chicken and add some water, turn down the flame and cover the pan allowing simmering for the next 20 minutes. -Serve the chicken with the grave over( cauliflower) rice.
