Everybody’s macros will be different depending on how much turkey or chicken meat you use. Please do your own macros.
I had a precooked turkey leg I pulled the meat from.
Added to one cup of bullion and 1/2 of a zucchini which I put through my spiralizer.
Brought it all to a boil and added an egg.
