Tikka Masala Chicken :
I used ruledme’s quantities for spices:
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
5 tsp garam masala
4 tsp salt
4 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger root grated
3 tbsp tomato paste
1200g chicken thigh skin removed boneless
Put all those in a crock pot and stir. Add 400 ml coconut milk (fatty one not the carton boxes) add 2/3 cup water.
Start the crockpot for 6 hours on high
When ready, add 1 1/3 cup heavy cream and 2 tsp xantham gum (sprinkle lightly so it does not crumble). Mix well, the sauce will thicken and serve with fresh coriander smile emoticon
Macros: 250g portion P:41g, F:22g, C: 4.7g
PS: if you are allowed more fat you can play on the cream quantities to smooth out the spiciness!
