Oli-Chicken Zoodle Stir Fry
3.5 g cubed chicken sauteed dry untill cooked…in non stick pan then drain juice. Add two tbs Kerry Gold salted butter and throw in 15 small sliced manzanilla olives and 1/3 med zuchinni spirilized to make zoodles. I stired for approx 2 min or until zuchinni and olives were warm. Season as needed…
You can eliminate 11 g of fat by only using 1 tbs of Kerry Gold but I needed extra.
