Misty’s Texas Chili

Misty’s Texas Chilli
5 lbs ground sirloin
1/2 can stewed tomatoes Mexican style
1/2 can tomatoes and green chilies
1/4 can Michelob ultra (alcohol cooks out, it’s just for the flavor)
4 cups beef broth
1/4 yellow onion
1.5 T minced garlic

Spices:
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Cilantro (coriander)
Worcestershire
Granulated onion powder
Turmeric
Bay leaves
Paprika
San Antonio chili powder
New Mexico chili powder
Cumin
Cayenne
Teeny tiny squeeze of liquid stevia

Brown the meat in a skillet then put the meat and other ingredients in the crockpot on low for 6 hours.
