Lee’s Authentic Barbacoa Beef
3-4 lbs. beef chuck roast
8-10 bay leaves
1 Tbsp himalayan salt
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup water
1) put all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 10 hrs.
2) remove beef, shred and return to crockpot. Cook for another 30 mins-1 hr.
Can be served with chopped onions and cilantro(optional)
