Italian Meatballs

4lbs 96% lean ground beef
1lb Italian sausage
1lb 93% lean ground turkey
8oz cream cheese
4oz shredded Parmesan
4T olive oil
Garlic salt
Fennel
Thyme
Dried minced onion

I use an ice cream scoop to make them uniform and the cook them at 350 for 25 minutes
