Egg Drop Chicken Soup
Chicken broth 410ml
1 large egg
1/8 cup green onion
115g cooked chicken breast shredded
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soy sauce
In a pot heat chicken broth, ground ginger, and soy sauce until boiling then slowly add in beaten egg while stirring. Add salt-and-pepper to taste and garnish with green onion. Then add to your shredded chicken.
