Dale’s Poached Chicken Boobies
Weigh raw breasts so you know how many serves once they are cooked. Then just weigh evenly into those serves.
2 litres water for 3 whole boobies
Into large pot water, more bone broth or bouillon cubes than you think you need, and at least 4-5 tsp salt. Veggies and whatever else you want.
Turn on high till rolling boil.
Turn off. Add boobies. Put lid back on.
Set timer for 50-60 minutes.
Remove and slice or cube to your taste. Bag and freeze.
When you reuse them then add whatever seasonings you want, more bone broth, more salt, fresh herbs.
