Dales Chicken Caesar Lettuce Wraps (maintenance meal)
Macros: 535 cals, 2-1 carbs, 49g protein, 39g fat
90g poached chicken chopped
1 1/2 US tbl caesar mayonnaise
50g bacon (leanest short part), chopped, then crisped in a frypan, cool
6 cos/romaine leaves
1/3 cup each fresh flat leaf parsley and chives (chopped finely)
bone broth to thin out the mayonnaise mixed with 1/2 tsp Chopula Original Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp my own smoked sea salt
Chopped lettuce is mixed with the herbs and bacon in a med salad bowl. Chicken is mixed in a small bowl with mayo, bone broth, hot sauce, salt and any other seasonings you want.
Micro grate the parmesan and on a silicone mat or bake paper make little circles of about 2″ flatten. Pop into a 200C oven for about 9-10 mins. Let cool, then remove from the silicone and break into pieces.
Scoop chicken mix over lettuce and mix in then sprinkle parmesan chips over the top.
Please lower the parmesan, mayonnaise, for weight loss and up the chicken to your macros.
