Dale’s Basic Chicken Dinner
1 tsp dehydrated bone broth or 1 bouillon cube and half usual water
140g poached chicken breast
1 level tsp Celtic sea salt (I use my own smoked)
1/4 tsp chipotle chilli powder
1/8 tsp home made cajun seasoning
1/8 tsp tumeric
1/3 cup each fresh flat leaf parsley and chives
1 tsp salsa (optional)
1 tsp sour cream (optional)
Warmed in m/wave. When ready to serve, stir in sour cream. It doesn’t get easier or tastier than that.
