“I made this last night and it was great! I followed the recipe exactly with the following adjustments to ingredients (because there was more sauce than I needed): cut all but 1 tablespoon of oil (steaks don’t need oil to sear); cut mushrooms in half to 8 oz; replaced minced shallots with minced onions (less carbs); cut amounts for thyme, wine, stock, and cream in half. Also, I cooked it all in one large pan. Made 4 servings. Macros per serving: P=41g., F=26g., and C=5g. (minus 1g. of fiber if you are counting net carbs). ”
