2 1lb rolls of sausage (reduced fat if you can find it, they were out or fat would be a bit lower)
4 egg whites
17 boiled eggs

Heat oven to 400
Mix sausage and eggs
Measure 2oz of sausage and wrap the boiled egg (may have to roll a minute to cover)

Bake on parchment for 35 minutes
