They’re not the prettiest (crumbled a bit) but dinner was delish.
Salmon fritters with 100g Avocado
5oz canned pink salmon
14g cheddar cheese
1 tsbp of onion
Half an jalapeño (optional)
Hot sauce (optional)
Mix together and form into crumbles or patties
Fry in 1tsp coconut oil
Macros: 42 Protein 22 Fat 2 Carb for the salmon cakes cooked in 1 teaspoon coconut oil.
14 fat 2.5 net carb for the avocado
