Oh this came out sooo juicy!
8.7 oz of chicken breast boneless
30 g of pepperoni
2 oz of mozzarella block
1 oz of Newman’s Own roasted garlic tomato sauce
4g of parmesan freshly grated
Sliced breast halfway through long ways to put in the mozzarella. Layed pepperoni all over. Cooked for 20 mins. Put sauce and some freshly grated parmesan on top!
