My latest fave recipe. Spicey, smokey, easy, fast & Dairy free if you make your own ranch dressing (base is 1T mayo+1T unsweetened cashew milk then add homemade dry mix). I IF so I need 60g protein per meal. 5 net carbs. Sautée 1 Jalapeño in 7g of butter until desired tenderness. Add 85g cabbage or angel hair cole slaw & sautée until it starts to turn translucent. Add 10oz (raw weight) of precooked extra lean ground beef. Add a ton of Jalapeño Cholula and Chipotle Cholula to desired taste. Drizzle with ranch dressing. So good!
