Then peel & cook with zoodles (spiralized zucchini), half & half, parsley, Parmesan, and a couple cherry tomatoes.

5 Net carbs. 19 fat. 60 protein. (I do intermittent fasting, so this meal/macros is 1 of 2 meals in a day.)
