.82 lbs chicken breast, cooked & diced (it’s what I had, if you have an even pound you’ll get more protein)
1 7 oz. package Kraft 2% reduced fat cheddar cheese, diced
1 bag Birds Eye kale – cooked according to directions
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (I have Chobani)
1/8 tsp nutmeg, salt & pepper to taste
Cook at 400 for about 35-40 minutes until set. Serves 6.
