Keto Chicken Parm with Zoodles

1/8 cup pork grinds
1/3 of large egg raw
5 oz of chicken breast
1 tbsp of oil
1 oz mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup low carb tomato sauce
1 tbsp of olive oil

Heat oil, dip chicken in egg then crushed pork grinds. Fry in olive oil ( I did season pork grinds with dry garlic, basil, pepper).
Spiral cut your zucchini
Place zucchini in a baking dish, put fried chick on top of the zucchini, pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Cook at 350 for 20 min.
