Jalapeno Popper Chicken Burger


Jalapeño popper chicken burger:

Mix ground chicken and Parmesan cheese

Fry in pan with a little olive oil (or bacon grease)
Season with salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste
Top with cream cheese, bacon, jalapeños and avocado!

Revel in the amaziness you just made and post photos to ketogenic dieters-then enjoy!
