Feta Spinach Turkey Burgers


Feta and spinach turkey burgers. 2 lbs ground turkey breast, 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed), 1 clove minced garlic, 2 raw eggs and 4 oz Feta cheese. Mix all ingredients well. Make 8 patties and place on cookie sheet with wax paper and freeze for a half hour to get them firm then cook 20-25 minutes on grill. Add a slice of cheese to get full 40 grams of Protein. You can use fresh spinach but I chop and saute first to insure its done
