Fauxsgetti Carbonara

Fauxsgetti carbonara 33.7P/ 13.4F/ 8.5 net carb

Preheat oven to 450F. In a bowl beat eggs, add thinly sliced onion, crushed red pepper flake, pepper, cheese. Set aside.

Fry 10 pieces bacon to just slightly crispy, set aside to cool.

Slice head cauliflower and rough chop, remove tough base stem parts. Add remaining spices and 3T of the bacon grease. Toss to coat, spread in thin layer and roast in oven for 40 min. Remove and put in egg mixture tossing until egg becomes creamy and thickens with cheese melting. Add in rough chopped bacon and toss to incorporate.

Turn off oven and put in oven to keep warm.
