Erin’s Zoodles with a mighty meat sauce

Sauce:
1/3 c crushed tomatoes
1 tsp concentrated beef broth
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pink himalayan salt

Add all ingredients to sauce pan. Simmer on low for 45 minutes.

Meat:
4 oz 85% lean ground beef
4 oz 93% lean ground turkey

Cook until browned in a large pan, drain. Add sauce to beef. Simmer 10 minutes.

Zoodles:
Spiralize 2 oz of zucchini.

Place in either boiling water or chicken broth for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain well.

CARBS: 10 grams
NET CARBS: 7 grams

SODIUM : 2229 mg
POTASSIUM : 1081 mg
