Meatballs for the week, inspired by Misty’s original meatball recipe.
Here’s how I did it:
Dom’s Pork & Turkey Meatballs
3lbs 90% Lean Ground Pork
3lbs 93% Lean Ground Turkey
8oz Bar of Cream Cheese (softened in the microwave)
4oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
Season to your liking, I used salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, Rosemary, and basil.
I put all the ingredients in a very large bowl to see the total weight of the mixture (the meats plus other ingredients came to 6lbs 13.5oz)
I divided that into 48 meatballs (came to 2.3oz per meatball)
I scooped and weighed each meatball
Then baked at 400 degrees for 50 minutes (covered for 20 minutes, 30 minutes uncovered)
Macros: 12 Protein 7 Fat 0.2 Carb per 2oz meatball.
