Dale’s Chicken Nachos


Dale’s chicken nachos
Poached chicken breast
micro grated cheese
pitted kalamata olives
sour cream
Chopula hot sauce
chipotle chilli powder
bone broth
sea salt
Cos (romaine) lettuce leaves
fried shallots (optional)
I chopped the chicken and stirred in salsa with bone broth, a bit of water, chilli and salt. Warmed well in m/wave, then added cheese and avocado and threw back on medium. When nice and hot, emptied over shredded lettuce, then added olives, shallots, sour cream. This is a really good exercise in tackling a recipe and making it work for your macros. And may I say DAMN GOOD 🙂
