Dale’s Chicken and Sour Cream

Dale’s Chicken and sour cream
Serves 4
680g chicken breast, cooked and chopped
12 short spring onions (3.5”)
200g short rindless bacon, cooked and chopped (leanest cut)
1/4 tsp mild liquid smoke (optional)
1 bunch each parsley and chives
400g sliced mushrooms
160 ml sour cream
Salt to taste
2 tsp Macadamia oil
Fry onion. Add chopped bacon. Add mushrooms. Toss till gently golden. Add chopped chicken. Add sour cream and stir. Simmer gently for couple minutes, and serve.
Macros for one serve: 537 cals, 36F, 9-2C, 49P. Please do your own macros, drop bacon if you want less fat and protein. This is a maintenance meal for me, so I add a little more fat.
