Curry Chicken Slaw


My favorite slaw holds up really well to travel. Basically, chicken breast in the amount appropriate for you, a couple of cups of slaw mix and dressing, which is nothing like traditional slaw dressing, but works for me…I vary the spices depending on my mood, usually curry or southwestern.

Curry Dressing
6 Servings
179 cals
19 g fat
2 g carbs
2g protein

Blend the following

1 tbsp, Spices – Curry powder
sprinkle of crushed red pepper
1 clove, Garlic – Raw
1 tsp salt
a few drops liquid stevia
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Traditional Plain

For me, this meal works out to the values in the attached picture above.
