Crustless Quiche

3 Large Eggs
2 TBSP Heavy Whipping
salt and pepper to taste
100g boneless skinless chicken breast
28g gouda (not smoked but honestly whatever you prefer)
0.5c chopped broccoli florets

put a pinch of the gouda in the bottom of each of 2 6oz ramekins or custard dishes. add cooked and cooled fillings. In a regular bowl, beat eggs with HWC until completely blended. pour over the fillings to 3/4 full. top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 12-18 minutes, until the tops jiggle slightly (they finish cooking after they are removed).
