2 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 Slices bacon (excess fat trimmed)
12oz shrimp (deveined, and peeled (tail on or off as preferred))
fresh parsley (chopped)
Melt the butter in a large pan.
Cut the bacon into 1″ pieces and saute until starting to turn crispy.
Add the shrimp and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
