Buffalo blue cheese meatloaf.
2# ground chicken
1 tub blue cheese crumbles (5 oz)
1 cup celery
Hot sauce (however much you want)
Take 1# of chicken and add little buffalo sauce. Flatten out on pan. You can add other seasonings but remember to count carbs. Add celery, onion, and crumbles on top. Flatten other pound of ground chicken on top. A little tricky to do this. Try to tuck everthing inside. Pour buffalo sauce on top. Bake 350 degrees 45-60 min. Cut into 8 even pieces.
