Avocado Parmesan Crisps

[made 77 crisps – used a melon baller]
400°F – about 10 min, flipping half way.

2 avocados (289 g avocado)
410 g Parmesan
Seasonings you choose (and track)

Mix all together.
Use a melon baller to make uniform crisps.
Put on parchment paper.
Smoosh down some with the back of a fork or spoon.
Bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes. Flip about halfway through.

Per crisp: 25 calories
1.9 g fat
0.5 g carbs
0.3 g fiber
1.8 g protein

Use with a buffalo chicken salad or another protein to make part of a full meal.
