6 Tbsp coconut aminos
1/4 tsp fish sauce (optional)
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 lbs. Ground beef or any meat of choice
1 Tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a mixing bowl combine the 1st 7 ingredients and stir. Add the ground meat to the bowl and combine throughly with the seasonings.
Form the meat into 1oz balls.
Bake for 25 mins on a rimmed baking sheet.
Remove from the oven and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
