Alfredo Sauce (with poached chicken) This is a bit of Brenda’s, a bit of Atkins and a bit of mine. IT IS A KEEPER 🙂 Really delish.
10g butter (I used burnt)
25g cream cheese
50g sautéd mushrooms
1/2 tsp dehydrated garlic granules
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dehydrated bone broth (use your own)
Water as needed
Fresh chives and Italian parsley
Melt butter, whisk in cream cheese and cream. I then added salt, bone broth, and whisked on and off med/low heat. Add parmesan and fresh herbs, then mushrooms and chicken. I kept some of the chives and parsley to add to finished dish.
