Aimee Ohh’s Keto Shepherd’s Pie
2.25 lb lean ground beef (90/10 is what i used)
12 oz Brussels sprout shreds
1 lb cauliflower
1/2 cup Fage Greek Yogurt
140g Tillamook Medium cheddar cheese
1 tbs EVOO
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
6g Better Than Bullion – beef
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 425*F
Brown meat. In a separate container, combine 6 oz of hot water, Better than Bullion and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cooking beef.
In a separate pot, cook cauliflower. I steamed until tender. Once tender and mashable, I used an immersion blender and blended them up, adding the Fage a Yogurt and S & P.
In a separate pan, sautée Brussels sprout shreds in EVOO and add S&P as you like.
Once everything is cooked, layer the ingredients in a 9×13 pan. I did beef, Brussels, Cauliflower mash, and cheese. Put in the oven and bake until cheese is nice and melted how you like it.
6 Servings – per serving macros: 455 Calories – 45P, 27F, 8C, and 3.6 Fiber. I entered it into My Fitness Pal as Aimee’s Keto Shepherd’s Pie.
